Aishwarya Rai has always been praised for her beauty until she gained post-pregnancy weight after the birth of her daughter, Aaradhya.
But according to a report in a leading daily, Aishwarya has started working out to shed the added kilos.
“She has resumed her regular yoga sessions. She was never known to be a person who would work out in a gym. She prefers yoga. She is also doing a bit of functional training at home,” the daily quoted an industry insider.
While functional training focuses on individual parts of the body, yoga is a more holistic way of being in good shape.
So now that Beti B aka Aaradhya Bachchan is 14 months old, Aishwarya is making sure that she takes time out and gets rid of the unwanted cellulite.
“She is clearly enjoying motherhood, which is her top priority. So she didn’t want to take up any work, contrary to the reports. Now, with Aaradhya over a year old, she can start thinking of resuming work,” sources told the leading daily.
There was also news of her being in talks with two filmmakers – Mani Ratnam for his adaptation of Daphne Du Maurier’s classic novel, Rebecca; and Karan Johar for his remake of Hrishikesh Mukherjee’s 1982 film Bemisal.
According to the report, announcement about her comeback film is likely to be made by mid-2013.

Well, we hope the actor finds what she’s looking for.
